How the work is done
Owen treats every mark as a claim that has to be traceable to something the company publishes. When a feature page, a help article and a store listing disagree, he records what each says and marks the feature on the most conservative reading. Prices carry the date they were checked, and anything that changes between editions goes in the review log before the page is updated.
